Directors and Officers Liability Program provides your facility coverage against claims arising from duties performed by directors, officers, trustees, employees or volunteers. "Wrongful Act" protection is also included for discrimination, wrongful termination, sexual harassment, libel, slander and copyright/trademark infringement.
